In 2006 TwoF obtained the exclusive license for SuNS technology from MIT, in exchange for stock, cash and royalties. TwoF then created an Italian subsidiary, Molecular Stamping (MS), responsible for process development and operations.
TwoF retains the role of holding. Most Financial, Legal, investor, Corporate and Intellectual Property related functions are managed within TwoF. TwoF is also the point of contact with US users, industry and research institutions.
